Absolutely no returns! We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition. with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.You may exchange merchandise within 2 days of receipt of purchase.Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. E’maj Organics reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, used or returned after 2 days of delivery

* The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

* Some of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you by email. 

Shipping

We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Orders will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.

Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

We ship via USPS.  All options are provided via checkout.
